Welcome to the web page of the Mid-Hudson Chapter of the New York State Society for Clinical Social Work.  The Mid-Hudson Chapter includes NYSSCSW members primarily living and/or practicing in five counties: Dutchess, Putnam, Orange, Ulster and Sullivan Counties in the Mid-Hudson Valley Region.

The Mid-Hudson Chapter Board meets four times annually. Members are welcome to attend Board meetings and to participate in Mid-Hudson Chapter activities. We strongly encourage all eligible members to consider taking on leadership positions on our Chapter Board. We are looking to add new Board members and we would love a variety of voices and perspectives to reflect our diverse social work community.

The Mid-Hudson Chapter offers quality quarterly CEU-eligible clinical training workshops, planned by our Education Committee. Our Membership Committee plans social/networking events and welcomes new members. We have a Peer Consultation Group for licensed social workers and other licensed community mental health professionals that meets monthly online.  In the past we have had a Mentorship Group for new MSWs and recent graduates.

The Chapter Listserv is another benefit which provides an efficient way for members to stay connected, network, share referrals, etc. and is our mail pipeline for receiving NYSSCSW communications.
